You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from SecureLoan at any time. We honor all opt-out requests promptly in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and applicable state laws.
Email Unsubscribe
To stop receiving marketing emails from SecureLoan:
- Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email you received from us, or
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Unsubscribe" and include the email address you wish to remove.
Requests are processed within 10 business days. You may still receive transactional or service-related emails related to any active inquiry you have submitted.
SMS / Text Message Opt-Out
If you have consented to receive SMS marketing messages, you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
Phone / Calls Opt-Out
To opt out of telemarketing calls, email us at [email protected] with "Do Not Call" in the subject line, or write to us at the address below. We will add your number to our internal do-not-call list within 30 days.
You may also register with the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov or call 1-888-382-1222.
Third-Party Lenders
If you have been contacted by a third-party lender after submitting a request through our platform, you must contact that lender directly to unsubscribe from their communications. SecureLoan cannot unsubscribe you from lenders' lists on your behalf.
